The FINDINGS MANAGER is the newest Drooms’s add-on product developed to enhance the vendor- and buy-side experience significantly. For the first time in the market, the data room runs a pre-selection of the documentation and helps individual users assess a deal’s risks and opportunities, resulting in a huge speed advantage for transaction professionals.

Thanks to the FINDINGS MANAGER, due diligence experts will be able to capture and sort their findings in such a way that will make their transaction as precise, transparent and fast as never before.

Our Solution: The FINDINGS MANAGER

The FINDINGS MANAGER helps to speed up the document review phase. Potential areas of interest are highlighted. The validation of the findings can be done from within the data room. Eventually, the findings can be exported to Excel for the next steps (e.g. due diligence report.)

It allows transaction experts to avoid the most repetitive and time-consuming tasks. We automated the review and pre-analysis of the data room documents, thereby taking due diligence to a new speed level.

More sophisticated than a search functionality, the FINDINGS MANAGER is context-sensitive: it recognises words, synonyms and semantic patterns.

The optical character recognition (OCR) allows for a more precise analysis of the documents. Additionally, the findings are listed per relevance.

It is the first tool allowing for the assessment of risk and opportunities of a deal together with their financial estimation (value).
